I met Michelle Bunch in a long line at Bed Bath & Beyond. We both had our carts packed and come to find out we had both just moved to an condo in The Woodlands, Texas from Illinois. I had been burned by bad real estate agents in the past and was reluctant to rely on word of mouth to hire a realtor to help me buy a house in The Woodlands. After talking about the interior design of our homes I realized that Michelle not only was great with interior design, but was also very impressive with her passion for ethics and quality of service in the real estate industry. We traded numbers so we could be friends. After talking with my husband about finding a forever home before our lease was up, he agreed we should start looking for a house to buy. After logging on to her website I saw some beautiful pictures of homes all around Texas. To be honest I was quite confused about neighborhoods and zip codes that I reached out to Michelle for advice on neighborhoods, commutes, school ratings, restaurants, and places that might have a pool, gym, and dog park. We narrowed down a few areas that might work for our lifestyle and started touring. Third time was a charm and we found a great house with everything we wanted. Michelle gave us a report on the home so we could be informed on it's value. Came up with an offer price and less than 24 hours had our offer accepted. Two weeks later we had the keys and started our move in. At first glance we noticed the sellers had swapped out the refrigerator for a cheaper one. Apparently sellers try to put one over on people. Within the next few hours our doorbell rang. It was Lowes. I was a little confused until I saw a big red bow heading towards my door. It was a brand new fridge with a smart screen. The Lowes delivery man asked me to sign and I saw Michelle's name on it. I knew that very moment she had simply bought us a new fridge. The gesture filled my heart and fighting back tears of joy and thanks for kind and thoughtful people in the world. To this very day my family is friends with Michelle. She has shown me around town, introduced me to nice people, and I truly made a friend for life. God puts us in different places for a reason, and I truly believe she is the reason I decided to go on a shopping spree on a stormy day. Hands down I would trust Michelle with mostly anything. 5 stars out of 5 stars for her. We just love Michelle.

My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new home for our child and mother-in-law. We knew what area that we wanted to live in because of our work situation, but we were very particular to a certain style of one-story home that we wanted. We attended a dinner party and fell in love with a layout that lended itself to a large space for hosting get togethers. I was looking for an agent that would accommodate the patience and consideration needed to fill our void of becoming happy home owners. In my first home buying experience, after a couple of weeks, I could sense the urgency of my real estate to close a deal and move forward and it affected my choice. I didn't want to go through that again. A good friend of mine strongly recommended that I give Mrs. Chasity Harris a try. After pondering on a few other options, we decided to go with her. Chasity was polite, professional, and always, always punctual. Looking back, I can recall phoning Mrs. Harris, sometimes hardly being able to contain my excitement over a house I just came across online, hoping that it was my next future home. All the while, I feared that it would be sold from right outside of may grasp if i didn't respond quickly. These notions had me calling Chasity at a moments notice, asking her to do the impossible. In most instances, during these tight windows of space that Chasity was available she gladly obliged. Not only did she show us ALL of the homes that we were interested in, but she suggested others in our area. We looked for several months in our area of choice, but we weren't thrilled about any of the options that we came across. I was reluctantly looking into to re-evaluating our location to buy when I received invitation to view one last home in the area. BINGO!!!! Right on the money! Literally right in my price range and the layout was everything that we were asking for. But what nailed it for me was this was my second time looking to purchase a home and I realized the amount of paperwork and the hassles of visiting a bank that lie ahead of us. Chasity was in a position to offer the option of using a financial and mortgage broker that would allow us to purchase, sign, and submit all home owners paperwork at the buyer's convenience from home instead of going into the bank. I've had the bank experience, so I went with her proposition and boy was I glad I did. All that I know is that if I'm in the home buying market again, as long as Mrs. Harris sells homes, I know who has my business! She's made shopping for a new home a wonderful experience.

I've worked with Michelle Bunch on several occasions over the past few years. From selling my home in Illinois in 2003 to buying a new home in The Woodlands, Texas. My home went under contract for over asking price and appraisal value in 2 days and closed in less than a month. I didn't expect my home to sell that quick because it was listed at 2.5 Millions Dollars, but Michelle assured me that her marketing techniques and networking capabilities would bring lots of buyers that will compete to buy my home for it's market value if not more. We had over 11 offers in the first 48 hours and closed just in enough time for a smooth transition on moving to Texas to start my new job. I wasn't expecting that finding a home for a deal in Spring, Texas would be difficult, but it was. I was trying to buy a home during Covid-19 where it was a sellers market. Home in popular areas were selling for far more than what they were worth. Michelle advised me to wait until sales prices calmed down between April 2021 and Sept 2021. She explained to me that I could save over $15,000 by waiting for the curve to go down after the pandemic flattened, tax season, and the election. I appreciated that she was being informative on the economics of my investment to protect my hard earned money. I ended up buying a fixer upper. I am not really handy, but Michelle recommended me to a mortgage company that specialized in rehab loans as well as a reasonably priced contractor to help me remodel. Michelle always thinks outside of the box to inform people of how to make something work out if the ideal option doesn't make sense at the time. So long story short; I got a good deal on a house and discovered a new hobby along the way. Now I make a side business out of rehabbing properties and renting them out. Never thought that would happen. I am so thankful that my neighbor referred me to Michelle years ago. She really knows how to make any situation work out, and cares about people while doing it. People say never say never or knock on wood. Michelle is just another reason in life to be able to say never, never, never. We recently closed on a home a few days ago and had the most horrific experience with our lender to the point that we almost lost the house due to inefficiency and lack of care from the lender. However Mary was there like a soldier at battle with the lender helping get all stipulations in line and getting all the paperwork and meeting arranged so it would make it easier for our family to close and start this new journey. We first met Michelle Carruthers in May of 2016 after retiring to Houston from overseas. As very particular clients, it took several months for Michelle to find us the right house, however during this time frame, she never relented. After about four months, Michelle found us the house we wanted and bought.
For unforeseen reasons two years later, we were required to move, so we asked Michelle to represent us again. We were grateful she accepted, knowing how challenging we were as buyers. : )
Several months later, we found our current home. When we made the offer, Michelle was scrupulous with the details communicating all matters that needed to be remedied with the sellers’ realtor. All faulty issues, as well as HOA/seller’s fiscal discrepancies (!), were resolved to our advantage so that we could close on schedule.
